About 10 black bin bags have been dumped on the pavement.

Bin bags full of rubbish have been dumped on the pavement next to St Annes woods and not far from the entrance. This has happened before not so long ago ( 10 x black bin bags full of rubbish dumped.....so therefore could be the same person) so please do not think this has been fixed. This is a new dump of about 10 bin bags. Again causing a problem on the pavement to get passed. Could cause rats to check out or could be hazardous stuff.
