Multiple potholes and grooves

Reported via Android in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 16:56, Sat 15 November 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8423768.

The condition of the surface of the A4095 through Curbridge has been deteriorating for the last 5 years. Potholes have repeatedly been repaired only to open up again and again. The road surface is badly grooved. It is impossible to drive along this section without weaving from side to side. If a cyclist hits a pothole full of rain they could be killed or seriously injured. Please replace the whole surface urgently.

  • Absolutely disgraceful. Cars swerving to avoid multiple potholes will result in a bad accident!

  • So multiple reports of dangers to road users over several weeks “passed to the relevant team for investigation”. How about fix it immediately before there is a serious accident .. but we’re not Oxford are we?
