Leaking gutter

Excessive rain has caused a leak in the flats gutter which is right near the path. Rain has leaked and waterlogged the grass which has then left a flow of slippery mud down the public footpath. I also have a disabled son who is in a wheelchair, that could cause an issue if it persists
