Yesterday I reported an abandoned Forest bike at the top of Manor Way, the service road for Manor Gardens (W3 8JU) on FixMyStreet. This bike is still there (as of late afternoon of Friday, 14th November) If Forest don't collect their bike, who do you escalate the issue to?
