Conifer trees / hedging so overgrown it forces you to walk in the road. Stopping you from using the footpath.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we are undertaking a landownership investigation and will update you shortly.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
