Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8420096.

Cars parking both sides of the road (Plymouthwood Close) causing disruptions and distress to residents living in street when they are trying to leave and enter.Leading to both my daughters being late to school and collecting them. Abusive behaviour and most concerning the safety of the children while crossing the road. Many accessions I have witnessed near accidents. Something needs to get done!
