Flood on B4009 across south carriageway

This problem has been here for many years and there is still no warning sign either way. The flooding is just at a bend and takes drivers by surprise, especially coming from Crays Pond. Recently a heavy vehicle coming towards me round the bend covered my windscreen with water, obscuring my vision. If the problem can't be fixed there should at least be a warning sign.

    I've dug out a channel to the ditch, as the council haven't been active enough to do anything. But, the ditch needs to be dug out to accommodate the water as it flooded the verge by the hedge, but wasn't enough to clear the flooding completely.
