Cones on public highway

The cones have been put back on the public highway. I fear if they keep being removed and 'given back' to the parishioner then this situation will continue for ever more. Please could you remove the cones and dispose of them rather than putting them in the gateway opposite and then let the parishioner know that they should stop doing it. Many thanks.
