Parking too close to junction creating blind spot for vehicles using junction.

The junction of Great North Road and Garden Village Hill. Badly marked parking bays on GNR outside the two semis, Far'thing & Maison Gare. It is impossible to see if it is safe to pull out. A few weeks ago there was a four vehicle RTA at this point as a result of the poor visibility. The building site opposite often has vans parked up to the junction. It is very hazardous to pull out. It is not as bad without large vans obscuring the line of sight. Issue ongoing until buildings completed.
