Kenninghall FP 20 Obstructed at Harling Road

Kenninghall FP 20 is obstructed by a ditch and fence where it leaves Harling Road at TM02028413. The ditch is currently quite overgrown and it would be dangerous to try to cross it. There is no sign of a bridge over the ditch or a stile in the fence.

Issue has been passed to the South area Highways team for their attention. Thanks Customer Service Centre Norfolk County Council

I cycled past here a few days ago. I think the ditch has been filled in enough to allow safe access to the Footpath from the road now.
