The storm drain is still blocked and is causing flooding the the Falcon Steakhouse

The storm drain outside the main entrance to the Falcon Steakhouse is blocked causing flooding inside which is causing issues with people being able to access the premises due to having to use sand bags to try to limit the level of flooding This was reported and has been reported before with the assurance that it would be attended to but nothing has been done .[

We will investigate the issue. If additional clearance work is needed, the local highways team will prioritise the most urgent reports. Where possible, maintenance tasks will be grouped together in a schedule for efficiency.
Sometimes during periods of heavy rain, even a clear gully can be overwhelmed. Usually the water will drain away within an hour.
