Road wide pothole in Windmill Road over 40mm deep and 150mm wide

This pothole has spanned across the road for well over a year. As the deepest part of it is across the middle of the road, it is impossible to avoid. It is over 40mm deep in some parts and well over 150mm in diameter. It looks like the refilling of the road, following some previous works, has sunk. This hole fills with water and drops down deeper in the centre of it. There are lots of smaller, deeper holes forming around it as seen in the photo. When cars are parked near to it, it makes it even trickier to navigate. The pothole is in the part of Windmill Road near to houses number 93 and 54 and before the corner where there are bungalows.
