Worn road markings and no give way sign

Reported via desktop in the Road signage category anonymously at 21:44, Thursday 13 November 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8416421.

Slip road merging onto a 40mph. Many of these roads have very worn give way markings- which are no longer visible and are unsafe.

  • This is still not fixed, it has been like this for at least two years and I see near misses frequently at this junction, the Bower Ashton roundabout junction onto Brunel Way and the outward junction onto Winterstoke Road. The give-way markings are completely gone for all of these junctions and there is not adequate Stop or Give Way signage. It is so dangerous.

  • Markings now completely invisible

  • As this issue is not urgent we'll deal with it as part of a future planned work scheme in this area.
