Block pedestrian/cycle path
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8416075.
Walking along the cycle/pedestrian route along A338 Grove road from Wantage. Whilst crossing at the pedestrian light across the new link road I came up to barriers across the path way with no pedestrian segregation, signage or no safe route.
You had to go in mud on the incline or the road . This along with no lighting is extremely dangerous. This requires urgent attention as the contractors are in breach of many regulations and duty of care?
