Cars blocking the pavement regularly

Last night when I passed at 4.30pm and 6.30pm there were 7 cars blocking the pavement outside the traveler site. This forced pedestrians onto the road including 2 children from cedars I passed on my way into Birstall direction. It was dark and dangerous. This isn't a one off and happens so regularly I have to report it. They're taking the Mick parking on the double yellow lines and never being enforced against. Tow them away as they are extremely dangerous to other traffic and pedestrians. Why have lines if you're not going to enforce? Tonight at 3.45pm there were 3 cars on them again. It's very rare there isn't one or two cars on the lines so if enforcement staff visited they wouldn't struggle to find offending vehicles. Please sort this out!
