Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8410325.

Have complained to councillor Cai Preedy a number of times the last 18 months and nothing gets done . Please help . People like myself are constantly litter picking as a result . It’s ludicrous.
