Can we have traffic and taxi enforcement officers on site at the stop outside the chippy in West derby village.. Service 61 61a is having problems serving the stop during the day cars and mainly of an evening of which Saturday is the worst taxis parking in the stop. When there is a rank across the road.. This had been on going for many years, can the taxi enforcement do something about this please.. We will be monitoring this ourself to see if there is a change.
