  • Some holes have worsened and appeared after the rain a bit further down Bective Road. These have not been marked yellow on the recent inspection (a large number have thank you), will these automatically be repaired or do they need to also be marked?

  • As previously reported there are a large number of holes between the junction near 70 Bective Road and the bottom of Bective Road / Ruskin Road junction.

These have been marked for repair but in the last two weeks some of them have worsened and are now quite deep with sharp edges.

Could the street be reinspected please for possibly sooner repair.

  • This morning a resident’s alloy wheel has been damaged by one of these holes which has worsened since initial report. Can you advise the claims process please as some of these holes are now dangerous, especially for motorcycles and bicycles and there will be a serious incident

  • Cannot work out why some of these holes have been filled this weekend but others nearby that were also marked for repair have been ignored again! It seems that every time a contractor comes to fill the holes, they only fill half the the process starts again if waiting weeks!!!

  • A number of holes have been marked orange today. These are holes opposite the Newington Road junction. Other holes along Bective Road and at the top near number 70, previously marked up have not been marked orange. What does the new orange paint on only some of the holes signify?
