This abandoned homeless camp has been here for a few weeks. I pass it most days, it's definitely abandoned. I'm a dog walker and pass through the wooded areas of the parks. I believe the fly tipping and accumulated litter in these areas is an issue that for most people is out of sight, out of mind.
