Standing water next to bus stop

There seems to be water building up on the road right next to the bus stop. Its been raining and its not draining into the ditches. There doesnt look like there are road side drains. Lots of water is being splashed into the bus shelter. Its impossible to see if anyones inside or to avoid hitting the water with oncoming traffic in the dark. The Verges need grips cut or renewed long the A146. The same situation at Lodon, when raining, water cannot clear the roads quickly. Its bad enough living in the sticks, but this just makes it worse.
