Missing bollard - drivers cutting corner

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8406300.

There is a missing bollard which needs to be reinstalled to protect pedestrians at the junction of Elm Drive and Laburnum Drive. Drivers are cutting this corner, driving over the pavement to turn left, which is dangerous for pedestrians, especially children from Goldstone School.
