Grass needs to be cut on Rose Meare Gardens

The grass on Rose Meare Gardens BS13 8AZ has completely overgrown onto the path. Residents cannot walk on the path due to the overgrowth. They have tried to keep it tidy, however, the grass has overgrown as it has not been cut in a while. Please can this be looked at?
