  Elderly neighbours very concerned, heard noises in the night

• The vehicle remains abandoned as of 8am on Weds 12th November. Elderly residents nearby are concerned, as are other residents in the development. It is the only vehicle parked on the entire street at present. It has had both number plates removed (front/rear), the driver's side window is open and the side door on the pavement side looks to be slightly ajar. It very much looks to have been abandoned and it needs to removed as soon as possible.
