Manhole cover sunken, sharp edge causing danger to tyres

Manhole cover has sunken into the road, leaving a sharp raised edge. It has been like it for at least a year. It is now so bad it risks puncturing vehicle tyres as you go over it, as I did last night. The road is an A road and therefore heavily used but is relatively narrow, if someone has a blow out and is sent off course there is little room for avoidance. of oncoming traffic. Please repair urgently before someone is killed. It is down the hill from the huge hump in the road where another manhole has been repaired, in combination with this, this stretch of road is very dangerous.
