A Blocked Drain / Gully problem has been found by Oxfordshire County Council - this drain doesn't seem to be functioning properly and there was flooding during rain yesterday - water entered a garage. It may be that the drains nearer Goose Green are the issue as there's also a blocked drain FMS (posted yesterday) from yesterday.
