Blocked road drains at BS9 2AT

I live at the lowest point in Coombe Lane,Number 83A. Tree leaves have blocked the road drains outside my house & the houses opposite & each side of me.. (5 Gullies). My garage & house nearly flooded yesterday… only just prevented by me raking the leaves away in heavy rain. I am 87 years old with angina. Heavy rain is forecast & there are many more leaves to fall. Please can you send a suction lorry to clear these 5 gullies, because they are clogged with leaves deep below the pavement. Thank you .
