Constant cars and vans parking on Double yellow lines and blocking residential garage entrance. UK fried chicken shop. This has been going on over the years.We as residents have to go into the shop and ask who's vehicle they are. People and mothers with pushchairs having to walk into on coming traffic to get round vehicles as they Parking over Pavement and Double yellow lines.
