Blocked Drain causing flooding of A50 Carriage rain

Not reported to council

When heavy rain occurs overnight, the A50 just after the Junction 22 exit toward Leicester is becoming flooded. The water covers half of the carriageway. This happened last year as well. I am presuming it a block drain and water run off from the nearby Cliffe Farm
