Hedge blocking path

Hedge is blocking half the path and needs completely cutting back to wall as get soaked by rain on it when walking or cycling through and can't push double buggy through easily

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are required to maintain their boundary feature, including not allowing it to cause a highway obstruction. A letter of encroachment will be delivered to the property in question reminding them of their duties and requesting that they cut back their hedge/ vegetation to the property boundary
