Gravel and dirt with grass growing on the highway

I reported this about a year ago and was told it would be dealt with. this happened when the council diverted traffic up a single track lane and caused the banks and verges to fall in the road. so now we have grass growing up the middle of the lane which will then make the tarmac crack and cause yet more pot holes. it requires sweeping and the excess put on the banks. also you website doesn't let me report this on road that is why i used a different heading....!!
