Illegal parking on no stopping snd double yellow lines

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8393761.
Months and months there are cars parked on double yellow lines with the two marks indicating no stopping on both sides of Smithdown rd at junction of barrington rd upto the junction of nicander rd .

On a major road with double yellows and no stopping signs many many cars stop , park up causing delays with traffic , at no time over my daily journeys do I see any traffic enforcement , if this was in city centre there would be many enforcement officers, font we all pay our council taxes and expect equal enforcement , protecting pedestrians and othe road users , I have had to sharp break due to other cars having to change lanes due to these illegal parking.

Still no parking enforcement officers attending so yhe problem continues, if it was in Liverpool city centre this problem would be sorted but as it’s not , it’s ignored. Yet we all pay rates/ council taxes.

You never see traffic enforcement but traffic is caused to abruptly change lane and it causes traffic jams.
