Dangerous - large branch fallen and hedge overgrown the footpath and now covering the road

Large branch cracked and broke off into the road. Good luck that there wasn't a car parked there or children passing. The brambles are now covering not only the footpath but also the road. Creeping towards the centre of the road making it difficult for road users - to say the least. Location of the tree is the first large tree passed the last house on the left going up oxford road from the village. This is also the area where the bramble on the road starts, going down to the end of oxford road. The footpath is no longer visible. Impedes the sight of the turning circle and use of the turning access at the end od the road and increasingly difficult to access driveways.
