The drain has suck and when pull into drive kerb stones catch bottom of our car

Had the soakaway fixed as a hole was appearing bext to it . But now the drain is sinking more . When we drive in and out our car now rubs on the kerb stone as the wheel goes into the sunk part of the drain . Which will dont want a expense on our car .
