Every Saturday morning, selfish and seemingly cognitively challenged parents park on double yellow lines and opposite each other making the area near Shelby Academy dangerous to pedestrians, car drivers and anyone in the vicinity. This happens every week and sooner or later there will be an incident or accident. Please address this....I am sure the BMWs and Range Rovers (other brands available) can use one of the many available car parks. I belive there are Parking Wardens associated with H and B, but have never seen one. Sigh.
