Sunk tarmac around manhole cover

Manhole has exposed edges, tarmac has sunk around manhole cover causing the covering on the manhole to rock/loud banging when traffic goes over it. Main wells Road heavy traffic all day Lorrie’s buses etc and the noise is causing disturbance now. Waiting long enough for it to be fixed. Many phones calls and told it’s going to be done but no one has come.
