The picture says it all.

When can we expect a long term solution to this weekly problem? Is it too much to ask to not live in a dumping ground?

Please Lambeth, this needs to be taken seriously. It is unhygienic, attracting vermin and unsightly. These open bin areas are now also attracting undesirable drug using gatherings.
