Wall collapsing onto pavement

This dry stone wall is collapsing and has moved over 6cm in the last month, it’s about to fall into the walkway. It’s dangerous as a lot of people walk This path along with kids going to school and when it collapses it will get someone if they are near it. It will also block the path once it falls
