Delayed roadworks
Reported via mobile in the Current Roadworks - live information category anonymously at 11:52, Saturday 8 November 2025
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8391883.
At the end of Queens Avenue in Wallingford you put up temporary traffic lights, dug up the corner and I havent seen one worker there since this appeared. Yet again, no notice given to residents despite it impacting all of our journey times- this is the third lot of roadworks in the same area in less than 2months none of which we have received notice about, not even a sign to say its happening we all just get up one morning to it all being there! It states on the board erected that it should all be done with by the 7th and yet its still there today! How much longer will it be there for?!!!
