Fallen fence

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8391745.

The greenery has been cut back but it has left an exposed fallen fence. If you go down the path between 87 and 88 Kestrel Way, OX26 6XZ, turn left and walk along the path past the dog bin, you will see the fallen fence on the right, before you reach the wall by London Road.

Oxfordshire County Council is not responsible for this problem as this is located on non-maintained/private highway, we maintain to the edges of the footway/cycle way and this excludes the grassed areas and therefore the fence line. This may be maintained by your local District, Town or Parish Council. Sorry we cannot be more help.
