Damaged footpath surface a hazard to pedestrians

The footpath surface around the crescent is really badly damaged and a hazard to pedestrians. Cars parked on the pavement rather than in drive ways also blocks pedestrians from using the footpath forcing them to walk on the road. The surface is uneven, broken, sloping and cracked.
