Vegetation obstructing visibility - Oxpens Barn

The overgrown trees and hedges at Oxpens Barn are sticking into the B4022 at Banbury Hill. They make the bad visibility from Hundley Way even worse and have a road safety impact. They should be cut back at the owner's expense.
