Faeces
Reported via mobile in the Flytipping category anonymously at 15:48, Friday 7 November 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8389930.
I have come home from work and at the bottom of the lane / road someone has emptied a bucket of faeces and toilet paper in 2 places . It has to be from the Caravans. It is disgusting I cant bring myself to take a photo it makes me feel sick. We have young children coming and going, goodness know what illness someone may get. I suggest someone comes and clears it up straight away . I think you spend too much time on caravan dwellers that want to use drugs and not enough time on what the residents have to put up with.

Thank you for taking the time to report fly- tipping to Bristol City Council. We will aim to remove the fly- tip within 3 days, but this depends on its size, scale, location, or whether the fly tip is hazardous.
Reducing levels of fly tipping is important so please share any evidence of who is doing it with the council.
If you witnessed who fly-tipped the waste or have evidence (CCTV/photo) please call us on 01179222100, or submit this at https://digital.bristol.gov.uk/ streets-travel/ tell-us-about-a-fly-tipping-incident-you-saw #YourCity.YourCall

Come on now this is a big health hazard and needs to be dealt with now not waiting for someone to come up with a solution its been there since I reported last Friday, the solution is to get rid of the caravans, although I do not blame them all. Leaving filth rubbish they urinate against the fence and go to the toilet wherever they fancy a lot of caravans are empty with broken windows and doors . I personally am fed up with contacting you time and time again and nothing being done about anything. I don't feel safe anymore and my mental health is suffering from all of this PLEASE SORT IT.

The poo is still there, I have already informed you a week ago again on Tuesday another person has also informed you. Nothing has been cleared, I have to go past it every day , its absolutely disgusting that nothing has been done about it , there are flys everywhere. Someone will be seriously ill soon. If no action is taken the next thing I will be contacting the BBC about this and every thing else on Goodneston Road.

As the Council has failed everyone, local residents have now dug this surface contamination into nearby soil as it was a serious health risk to passing children. BCC obviously cares not at all about the safety of residents and children even though there is Statutory duty to do so. Who takes responsibility? Names please.

Buck passing to Ellie or Barry is unacceptable. No one expects counselors to be personally disposing of human waste. Residents are very supportive (& thanks) to the people who do such work - but in this case it was not done. Now what are the names of the people who should have done this work. A seriously bad surface contamination from which could easily have caused child blindness - just not on. Suppose it was your kid.

I have E-Mailed : Ellie.King@bristol.gov.uk and Cll.Barry.Parsons@bristol.gov.uk and news@fishpondsvoice.co.uk Copying them with 'Fix my street' postings Ref : 8389930 (this one) and 8383088 and 8402512 - as typical examples of today's state of Goodneston Road. Have asked for an assessment be made as to impact and criteria basis for such assessment.

Im also filming and gathering evidence as this is getting out of hand around this street. Last week a fire, rubbish daily, even human poop everywhere, where are the council doing welfare checks, they haven't done any as ive personally asked the dwellers. Im fed up of telling the council, they take our council take but don't seem to want to deal with issues raised by us residents!
