Huge overgrown bush blocking safe crossing road

The bushes next to the very well used postbox on Peachcroft road near Boreford road has completely blocked the view of oncoming traffic on this very busy road. It is extremely dangerous and today I witnessed a near miss of an elderly lady crossing here. Please please cut these back as a matter of urgency. I know it’s a 20 zone but I’m afraid not many drivers coming from the shops/pub observe this speed limit making it more dangerous to cross here. Thank you in anticipation. Kind regards Linda
