Reopening ENQ251061918 as response inadequate

1. Only one pothole marked. If this is the only repair, it will be completely inadequate 2. For 2.5 of the last 3 years, the road has been extremely dangerous with one collapse after another, months to fix each problem after multiple reminders resulting, just for me, in a destroyed bike and multiple incidents where I could easily have killed 3. I need the inspector to sign off that that repairs now requested are expected to achieve no faults for at least 3 years that could damage a bike. 4. If not, and if I or anyone is hurt as a result, I will hold the inspector and Council leadership personally responsible. 5. I phoned last week to get a callback and discuss the matter but, as before, no call was returned.
