30 cm deep hole in Troopers Hill Field

Reported via desktop in the Pothole/Trip hazard category anonymously at 07:43, Fri 7 November 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8387227.

At the What3Words location https://what3words.com/ home.expose.pump?maptype=google&satellite=true there is a hole about 30cm deep and a similar diameter which is completely concealed by surrounding grass and is a real trip hazard. I have hammering is a fencing pin with red and white tape to mark it. I have not attempted to fill it in as there is no evidence of dug out soil and I am concerning that the hole may have appeared because of something have settled underground. This is an area that was used as a tip before being capped and grass over to be used as a recreation field. Please could Parks investigate? Many thanks,
