Drain blocked in corner of cul-de-sac

This drain and the second one in the adjacent turning point in the cul-de-sac have been blocked for years. I originally reported them in 2020 and tge were flagged for action in 2023.

I hoped it would be cleared w/b 03/11/25 but that did not happen. Undated signs were put up and despite the space being clear nothing happened. Disappointing.

    Water collected during recent rain as seen in the photos attached.

    The most recent report from Your Oxfordshire stated that Wantage Charlton was completed in Oct 2025. That is demonstrably wrong. Please sort this problem.
