10 inch pothole

Pothole 250mm diameter and 40mm deep near 52 Rousham Road Tackley. I hit this pothole last night in the dark, and despite only travelling at only 20mph there was a huge bang as I hit it. I am surprised my tyre is not damaged. I am taking my car to a local mechanic as I am worried about the suspension now. Please get this fixed. It can only get worse.
