Untaxed car

Sent to Middlesbrough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 838381.

This car as been reported 3 or 4 times now by a number of resident's to the council for having no tax or mot since August 2015.The owner is drink driving all the time hitting neighbouring cars. Now he is parking his car across the alleyway on a evening so residents can you get access to the back of houses. When is something going to be done about this car he is going to end up killing somebody.Car reg W113 PAJ red Nissan.
