Trees outside 15 Southfield Road are not being managed by the Council and are over high and are obstructing pedestrians. The border wall is in poor repair and needs maintenance. The area within which they are growing does not belong to the owners of 15 Southfield Road, although we have from time to time trimmed back the ivy and the trees. We would be content to take on maintenance of these trees and plants, if the area were added to our property.
