Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8381217.

Every year a large bonfire is set in this area, no harm by the families enjoying themselves but the mess left and people dumping pallets, old beds and just general household waste before and after the 5th November is the issue.
